Predictive Maintenance: From Concept to Industry Pilot

Building on its published work in machine learning-based fault detection, Devel AI has launched a predictive maintenance pilot with two engineering firms. The system integrates Spiking Neural Networks (SNNs) and ensemble models to forecast hydraulic system failures before they happen — reducing downtime and saving costs.

The project demonstrates how research moves from theory to application, empowering industries to transition from reactive to predictive operations.
